The main objective of this numerical study is to investigate air flow across cam shape tube bank. The effect of the tube shape on heat transfer and pressure drop were determined. The arrangements of tubes are in–line with longitudinal pitch of 1.73 and transverse pitch of 1.25 and 2.5. The maximum Reynolds number based on equivalent circular tube are within 102< Reeq,max<103. Results show that heat transfer and pressure drop increases by about 100 percent and about 6 percent respectively when transverse pitch decreases from 2.5 to 1.25. Pressure drop of the cam shape tube is less than that of circular tube bank about 64 to 74 percent but the heat transfer of the circular tube is more than that of cam shaped tube bank about 4 to 10 percent with the same surface area and transverse pitch.<\div>
