This research was done for study of diet protein effect and different salinities of water on meat protein in western white shrimp (Litopeneaus vannamei , Boone , 1931) .was made 5 sorts of diet with 20, 25,30,35, and 40 percent protein and 3300 cal\kg . the culture of shrimps with 2 grams weight was used for a time 60 days and in three salinities 15–17ppt , 27–30ppt and 40–45ppt . changes of water salinity hadn’t effect on meat protein of shrimp . the average of meat protein was 69.12 percent in 15–17ppt salinity , 68.72 percent in 27–30ppt salinity and 69.22 percent in 40–45ppt salinity which hadn’t meaningful different with each other (p>0.05) . changes of diet protein hadn’t effect on meat protein of shrimp , the average of meat protein in diets with 20,25, 30,35 and 40 percent protein were equal 68.53 , 69.63 , 68.58 , 69.1 and 66.25 orderly which hadn’t meaningful different with each other (p>0.05) .<\div>
