the penetration of Distributed Generation (DG) systems in distribution systems can result in the increase of the shortcircuit current level. The severity of DG impact is affected by size, location, technology type of DGs, and method ofinterconnection to distribution systems. The wind turbine generation systems (WTGS) are one of the reprehensive DGsources. The application of the fault current limiter (FCL) would not only decrease the stress on network devices, but also canoffer a connection to improve the reliability of the power system. There are various types of superconducting fault currentlimiters (SFCLs), which are made of different superconducting materials and have different designs. The SFCLs can beclassified in the resistive type, the inductive type and bridge type SFCL. In this paper, the effect of SFCL on the transientrecovery voltage (TRV), Voltage sag and transient behavior of WTGS based on fixed speed wind turbine (FSWT), is studiedto investigate the behavior of the each three types SFCL installed in a distribution system. Simulation results show that theTRV, voltage sag and transient behavior of FSWT has been improved by using SFCL.<\div>
