۱Synthesis of zeolite–based nano–composite hybrid hydrogel and its sorption capability on methylene blue

A nano–composite hybrid hydrogel was prepared by incorporating the nano–zeolite (synthesized Y–type and natural clinoptilolite) into a poly (AM–co–PA) hydrogel by the in situ polymerization method using N,N'–methylene bisacrylamide as organic cross–linker. The methylene blue (MB) dye adsorption properties of this hybrid hydrogel were investigated. The adsorptions of MB dye by the hydrogel increases as the loading of the nano–sized particles and dye concentration increases. The hybrid hydrogel and hydrogel without any inorganic nano–particle were investigated byFTIR. SEM and XRD were used to characterize the crystalline and microstructure of hybrid and organic hydrogels.<\div>

Dye removal from wastewater has received considerable attention with several classes of dye being investigated. Methylene blue (MB) has wide applications. It can cause some harmful effects in humans. The use of clean methods of low–priced and biodegradable absorbents could be a good tool to minimize the environmental impact caused by manufacturing and textile effluents.The present study deals with the preparation of a novel sIPN (semi interpenetrating) hydrogel composed of copolymer of Acryl amide and Acrylic acid with poly vinyl alcohol as linear polymer there in.The adsorption abilities of hydrogels with different molar ratios for removal of MB from aqueous solutions were investigated. A weighed quantity of dry hybrid hydrogel were immersed in 50 ppm MB solution and kept at 37o C. The amount of MB adsorbed was measured spectrophotometrically [Formula] in periodically taken solution samples.The maximum dye absorption concentration for hydrogel composites 95% interestingly,it wasn't observeb any dye desorption of MB polymer solutions.Then the composites can be used as good membranes for removal of cationic dyes from aquwous solution while they won't release harmful materials in water.<\div>

۳Investigation of permeability and selectivity properties of polymer layer of poly (sulfone–imide–amide) to separate N2 from CH4

In this study, poly (sulfone–imide–amide) polymer has been used as the selective polymer layer of membrane to separate nitrogen from methane. The membrane has been produced by dip coating method. The results of gas permeation show the selectivity of polymer layer for nitrogen. The effects of pressure, feed temperature and concentration of nitrogen onpermeability and selectivity of polymer layer have been investigated. Results show that in pressures above 5 bar an acceptable selectivity was not achieved. Increase in pressure and feed temperature increased the permeability of all gases in this investigation. In the case of our experiment, increase in nitrogen concentration in the feed increases the permeability and selectivity for nitrogen<\div>

۴Application of Composite Hydrogel of Clinoptilolite crosslinked wheat Straw–g–Potassium Acrylate to Dye Sorption

A composite hybrid hydrogel was prepared by incorporating the zeolite (natural surfactant modified clinoptilolite) into a graft poly (potassium acrylate) on wheat straw powder hydrogel by the in situ polymerization method using N,N'–methylene bisacrylamide as organic cross–linker.The dye sorption\adsorption properties of this hybrid hydrogel were investigated. The adsorptions of MB dye (as a cationic dye) by the hydrogel increases as the loading of the clinoptilolite particles and dye concentration increases. ۵Release of tetracycline hydrochloride from (methacrylamide–comethacrylic acid)\ montmorillonite nanocomposite hydrogels

Nanocomposites hydrogel composed of methacrylamide (MAAm), methacrylic acid (MAAc) and montmorillonite (cloisite 15A) were prepared and studied for swelling behavior and control drug release of tetracycline hydrochloride. X–ray diffraction analysis showed that the MMT incorporated into the nanohydrogel exhibited an exfoliated nanostructure. The exfoliated silica nanosheets are able to act as cross–linkers to form a network structure between the polymer andMMT, and this difference in the cross–linking density strongly affects the release of tetracycline. Results showed that the swelling ratio for the present nanocomposite hydrogels increased with an increase of montmorillonite. Finally, the pH–responsive behaviors of these hydrogels were investigated<\div>
