Wall Thickness of Transparent Acrylic in manufacturing a hemispherical workpiece is investigated in this paper. First of all bubble inflation thermofoming process is completely modeled in Abaqus and the results are verified by those of obtained from experiments. Afterward this FEM model is used to simulate a thermoforming process which a plug is included in bubble inflation method and a fraction of final height of product is formed by air pressure and the remain is completed by a plug. The variation of wall thickness versus angle shows that using a plug in bubble inflation method, excels the uniformity of wall thickness of product.<\div>

In the field of research and manufacturing of robot components using 7075–T6 aluminum alloy, distortion during\after machining happened, because of material removal forces and residual stresses. After the exact inspection, the main factors were found to be the machining strategy parameters in machining operation. This paper presents first the main causes of the Al–7075–T6 distortion, and then offers methods of reduction distortions due to residual stresses during milling operation and optimized machining condition after experiments have been carried out. We have concluded this paper with a review of the main findings which will set the domain of our current and future research<\div>
