۱Stabilization of Oil–Water Emulsions by Production Bioemulsifier from Proprietary Bacteria Species

Bioemulsifiers are a unique class of compounds that have been shown to have a variety of potential applications in the use of bacteria, in enhanced oil recovery and reduce oil viscosity. In this project, a bioemulsifier was synthesized by strain of Bacillus licheniformis and was separated by autoclave and centrifugal process; the purification of bioemulsifier and the increase quality of product was done by add sulfuric acid (H2SO4) (98%) to solution and centrifuged again. This bioemulsifier has the property of emulsification a wide range of heavy oils to form a stable oil–water emulsion. This bioemulsifier could reduce heavy oil viscosity of about 10000 cp to 250 cp for O\W emulsion. It is about 97% decreasing in heavy oil viscosity. the viscosity decrease measurements abide for a period of up to about 8 days.<\div>

In this paper, the carbon nanotube was applied to prepare an appropriate bed for immobilization of Glucose Oxidase enzyme. Numerous operational advantages of glucose oxidize enzyme matrix may include: efficiency and more accurate control over enzyme reaction, protection against destruction and waste of enzymes, the use of matrix enzyme have a high efficiency and more control of enzymic reactions. For immobilization and stabilization of enzyme on the bed, the prepared matrix was washed by sulfuric acid, nitric acid and enough ionized water. The matrix surface, for restrain distort enzyme, was covered by Sistamine. The glucose oxidize enzyme was connected on the matrix by intermediate material; one side of intermediate material is amid group and another side is pyren group. For elimination of impurity, the prepared matrix was placed into Dimethylformamide (DMF) for several hours. The activity parameter of enzyme was measured by Spectrophotometer in the 460 nm wave length; the immobilized enzyme could be stabilized for long time. This matrix could be used as an electrode in sensors structure<\div>

۳Solving Nonlinear Least Squares Problems with B–Spline Functions

In this paper a method for solving nonlinear least squares problems is presented. Ordinary least squares methods for solving these problems with linear methods, like polynomials and trigonometric least squares functions, are not suitable to follow nonlinear behavior of the desired solution. Nonlinear least squares methods are very dependent on initial estimation. B–spline functions are not nonlinear related to unknown parameters, but can behave as nonlinear functions and need not an initial estimation. Numerical experiments show that B–spline functions, due to piecewise polynomial character and smoothness, are a very useful tool for solving nonlinear least squares problems.<\div>
