Electrospinning is a recently explored simple and effective fabrication technique for producing nano to microscale fibers. Sodium Alginate (SA) is a nontoxic, nonimmunogenic, and biodegradable natural biopolymer. SA, has been electrospun from aqueous solution by blending with Poly vinyl alcohol (PVA), a non–toxic, biocompatible andsynthetic polymer. The solution concentration and different elctrospinning parameters such as applied voltage and tip to collector distance have chosen based on our pervious worked. So pH effects on fabricated nanofiber morphology wereinvestigated at constant process parameters and solution concentration. Since SA will precipitate at pH under its pKa,solution pH control needs special consideration. The effects of pH on the nanofibers morphology was studied by the aid of scanning electron microscopy. The results suggest the potential of using composite bead free and uniform SA\PVA fibrous scaffolds with pH control for tissue engineering applications especially as wound dressing.<\div>
