۱Biological Control of Streptomyces scabies and S. acidiscabies, the Major Causal Agents of Potato Common Scab in Iran by Use of Streptomyces Antagonists

Antagonistic activity of 174 soil Actinomycete isolates were assayed against (Streptomyces scabies and S. acidiscabies), the two major phytopathogens which induce potato scab in potato growing areas of Iran. From tested isolates, (S. olivaceus, srtain 115) and (S. plicatus, strain 101) showed high anti–scab activity revealed by bioassays in agar disk and well diffusion methods. For further biological characterizations, the active strains were grown in submerged cultures to determine growth curve and prepare crude extracts. Preliminary greenhouse studies indicated that amending soil with the (S. olivaceus, srtain 115) and (S. plicatus strain 101) reduce crop losses due to the pathogens. Antibacterial activities of both antagonists were of bactericidal type on both pathogens with complete inhibitory effects.<\div>

Searching for getting sustainable and optimized methods in operation, maintenance and reinstruction of water installations is on the programming of people’s participations and setting local management. Also, to remove existing defects in improving efficiency structures, hydromechanical installation of water reservoir, conveyance and distribution such as: canals, gates, water surface control systems, regulators, water diversion and turn out is first priority in development of participatory irrigation management method. So, regarding to increasing of efficiency and appropriate water saving, increase productivity of investment, it will prepare one of conditions multi dimensional development of country.The huge infra–structural establishment of Qazvin was created during 60s and 70s. Locally – adopted and genius approaches act as practical principle in Qazvin development project (422,000 ha). This traditional management, parallel to over–dated structures has left nothing but a depreciated and in efficient water installations in Qazvin irrigation network in 30 years of operation and maintenance. The author had the chance to formulate and implement a strategic plan, Qazvin Irrigation Transfer Management (IMT) for changing in the method of water management in 2003. The program started on changing the state of water management by capacity building in participatory management area for water consumption on surface water and groundwater. The plan of water local management system organized step by step; farming group under four degree canals and groups farmers in farming bulk area on turn out water in Tree degree canals. And then, water users union organized based on collection of water users associates in each irrigation zone. The non governmental management had progressed till irrigation network complete in Qazvin agriculture pole and then established the water user assembly on main canal. Also, Participate of beneficiary will improve in management of water supply area and Taleghan river basin.In this plan has been used from capacities of principle 26 of national constituents and article 131 labor laws Islamic Republic of Iran well and in held on mandated operation and maintenance affairs of Qazvin plain irrigation network and deep wells into legal water user associates. Presently, the logistic and administrative works handled by WUAs. Finally, the plan is the biggest IMT projects in Iran.<\div>

This paper presents an adaptive Honey Bee Mating Optimization (HBMO) algorithm to tune optimal gains of a Proportional Integral Derivative (PID) controller for Load Frequency Control (LFC) design in an interconnected power system. The problem of robustly tuning of the PID based LFC design is formulated as an optimization problem according to the time domain–based objective function which is solved by the HBMO technique that has a strong ability to find the most optimistic results. To demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method a two–area interconnected power system is considered as the test system under different operating conditions. The simulation results are shown to maintain the robust performance in comparison with the particle swarm optimization based tuned PID controller and also classical controllers.<\div>

۴Flutter and Limit Cycle Oscillation Control of a Nonlinear Wing with Piezoelectric Actuators Using SDRE Method

In this paper, flutter control of cantilever plate with piezoelectric actuators using state–dependent Riccati equation (SDRE) technique is carried out. Two similar piezoelectric patches with different sign applied voltages are placed on the wing. Length and width of piezoelectric actuators are considered to be equal to the wing’s length and width, but their thicknesses are different. The effect of piezoelectric actuators on the flutter margin and limit cycle oscillation (LCO) amplitude of rectangular wing are studied. Aerodynamic loading is modeled in according to quasi–steady firstorderpiston theory. In addition, the aeroelastic equations are derived from Lagrange’s equations based on the first–order shear deformation plate theory (FSDT) and the von Karman type nonlinear strains. The results show the capability of SDRE method in control of stability margin and LCO amplitude of the wing. Also, it is obtained that the performance of the SDRE method is more proper than linear quadratic regulator due to having very low sensitivity in the selection of weighting matrices.<\div>

۵Improvement of SMA–NiTi Sintering by Thermally Treated of Titanium Powder under Hydrogen Atmosphere

Powder metallurgy (PM) methods have been used for production of near net shape parts of NiTi shape memory alloys (NiTi SMAs) during last two decades. The main drawback of the methods is formation of undesirable components and intermetallics such as NiTi2, Ni3Ti and oxide phases. These compounds affect on shape memory, superelasticity and mechanical properties of NiTi parts. In this work, it is attempted to improve the production of NiTi parts by thermally treated of titanium powder under hydrogen atmosphere. X–ray diffraction (XRD) patterns have shown that the annealing temperatures of titanium powder less than 400°C reduces the oxide phase amount specially Ni3Ti3O after sintering of titanium and nickel powders. The best result was obtained for titanium powder that heat treated in 300°C for 5h. In this condition, the peaks related to NiTi are appeared as the main peaks in the XRD pattern. Micrographs of the specimens by scanning electron microscope (SEM) confirm the XRD results. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) curves of the specimen show distinct peaks during heating and cooling cycles.<\div>

۶Spectrum Allocation with Control of Interference Based on Differential Evolution Algorithm between Cognitive Radio Users

Cognitive Radio (CR) has been regarded as a promising technology to improve the spectrum utilization significantly. One of the considered issues in CR is theallocation of frequency channels between its users. In this paper, at first, spectrum allocation model is presented, then a new spectrum allocation method based on DifferentialEvolution (DE) algorithm is proposed. In this algorithm in order to decrease the search space we propose a mappingprocess between the channel assignment matrix and the position of candidate solutions of DE based on the characteristics of thechannel availability matrix and the interference constraints. Then DE Results show efficiency of our proposed method. Corresponding results show that our proposed method fastconverge in maximizing three objective functions which are: Max–Sum–Reward (MSR), Max–Min–Reward (MMR), and Max–Proportional–Fair (MPF); this feature makes our proposed methods useful for practical applications.<\div>

Compensation technique using series capacitor is very cost–effective way to increase power transfer capability. But use of the series capacitors may cause OscillationsSubsynchronous Resonance (SSR). In this paper Subsynchronous Resonance phenomenon investigated in compensation networks with series capacitor. And shown thatunlike a fixed series compensation effect in creating the SSR phenomenon, if the TCSC (thyristor ontrolled series compensator) to be used for series compensated transmission network, with Suitable control of the TCSC, can adjusted Subsynchronous Oscillations in compensated networks with fixed capacitor. Analysis method that is used in this paper, Is time domain analysis. That simulation achieved withelectromagnetic transient model of power system elements. In this paper NGH scheme, is used for damping SubsynchronousOscillations. Simulations carried out in Software PSCAD\ EMTDC. And performance this Scheme for damping Subsynchronous Oscillations According to the results obtained from simulations on the two systems studied, is shown<\div>

۸Compressive behavior of high–porosity NiTi

Porous NiTi shape memory alloys have shown good potentials for different functional to structural applications as well as biomedical applications. In the present study, highly porous shape memory NiTi alloy specimens were produced via space holder method using urea as a temporary material. The porous NiTi specimens exhibit good pore characteristics and interconnectivity that is appropriate for biomedical applications. Compressive mechanical tests were performed for NiTi specimens with porosity ranged from 42 to 70 percent. It is obvious that the mechanical properties such as Young’s modulus, strength stress of the porous NiTi decrease with increasing porosity. Also, apparent Young’s modulus of NiTi specimens decreases from 5.3 to 3 GPa as porosity increases. Maximum recoverable strain of near to 8.5% and 7 was achieved for porous NiTi specimens without urea and 50 vol.% urea, respectively. Furthermore, recoverable strain percent is almost constant for superelastic porous NiTi after several cycles<\div>

۹WIND POWER EFFECT OVER UNIT COMMITMENT GENERATING VIA GRAVITATIONAL SEARCH ALGORITHM

In this paper, Gravitational Search Algorithm (GSA) is proposed to solve the Unit Commitment (UC) problem between thermal generating units with wind impact anelectricity market to minimize total cost. Actually, the wind energy is one of the renewable energies which can be used inpower systems. This issue is used in this paperto achieved a real system considered with various generator and wind constraints in power systems. To demonstrate theeffectiveness and robustness of the proposed algorithm a system with ten thermal and wind units with various condition is simulated. Theresults and numerical experiments are compared with PSO, GA and λ–iteration to understand the wind generator capacity inproduction cost analysis and to provide valuable information for both operational and planning problems.<\div>

۱۰VEPSO method with fuzzy–PID controller for Nonlinear Time–Variant Hydro–Turbine Governing Systems

In this paper, the parameters of fuzzy–PID controller are tuned by multi objective Vector Evaluated Particle Swarm Optimization (VEPSO). The key idea of the proposed method is to use a new design fuzzy–PID controller of Hydroturbine governing. The results of simulation are shown to illustrate effectiveness of the proposed method and VEPSO algorithm to solve hydro–turbine governing problem under different load condition. The achieved result of VEPSO algorithm is compared with Conventional Evolutionary Programming (CEP), Fast Evolutionary Programming (FEP), MFEP and Deterministic Chaotic Mutation Evolutionary Programming (DCMEP) algorithms. Also, the results confirm the potential and effectiveness of VEPSO compared to the traditional multi objective optimization techniques. One of the main advantages of the proposed approach is its robustness to the initial parameter settings. In addition, the quality of the optimal solution does not rely on the initial guess.<\div>
