This paper presents a robust state feedback control design strategy for autonomous operation of a microgrid. The microgrid consists of a single distributed generation (DG) unit and a load with unknown parameters. The load current is considered as a measurable disturbance in the state space model of the microgrid. Specifically, output filter parameters of interfaced inverter are assumed to perturb over a predetermined range due to the inductor’s core saturation and capacitance change, in this paper. In addition, It is supposed that the uncertain parameters form a polytope. The objective of the designed controller is to guarantee robust stability, desired performance, and practical constraints of the microgrid under the perturbation of the parameters and to reject the influence of the load change on the amplitude and quality of output voltage. Control gains are obtained by solving a convex optimization problem based on linear matrix inequality (LMI). Performance of the presented control strategy is verified through various case studies<\div>
