Single–wall nanotubes and revived graphene oxide are interesting materials for creating biosensors of field effect transistor (FET) in nano scale because of unique electrical, mechanical, geometrical, and biocompatible properties. At the present time, RGOFET–based and CNTFET–based sensors are required for different uses consisting clinical diagnosis technologies, environmental tests, and bioterrorism recognition technologies. In this article, we present the way of creating FET with carbon nanotubes which is functionalized by the peptide based on TNT molecule recognition elements and PDA, in order to offer a system which has the capability of answering the presence of related target molecules (TNT).<\div>
