Job involvement is one of the most successful HR practice used for enhancing employee efficiency and performance. This paper tried to investigate the relationship between job involvement and its outcomes including job satisfaction and employee job performance. Because both outcomes have direct effect on overall performance of organization. Data was gathered from 211 regular staff and results showed that job involvement has directly affect the satisfaction of employees; however no direct effect reveled with employee job performance.
