Purpose _ The objective of this study is to find out what is important to consider when developing a supply chain in automotive suppliers manufactures, what is required in order to establish a supply chain orientation and how lean and agile can be used as process strategies in order to improve supply chain performance.Design\methodology\approach _ In order to build an empirical framework for using both lean and agile strategies in automotive suppliers manufacture supply chain management illustrative examples are provided from Iranian automotive suppliers manufactures (IDEM Co, Irankhodro foundry Co, Iranian Piston Co) setting describing the patient flow and planning processes.Findings _ Supply chain management has potential to work well as a philosophy for automotive suppliers sector. However, it should not only be about the use of the concept of lean in this kind of companies, as in fact is the case in practice today. It is rather about organizing for quick response and flexibility in a hybrid strategy through combining lean and agile process strategies. This can only be done if a systems approach is applied together with a strategic orientation, where cooperative efforts by the supply chain members should synchronize and converge operational as well as strategic capabilities into a unified whole.Practical implications – The analysis in the paper underlines the importance of focusing on both agility and leanness combined. Automotive factory suppliers systems that introduce such an approach, as opposed to only relying on lean strategies, could gain both competitive advantages and improved performance.Originality\value – In automotive suppliers manufactures, even more so than in the other manufacturing industry, containment of costs without sacrificing quality is important. This paper applies SCM techniques, tools, lean and agile concepts that have not been used previously with together for Iranian automotive suppliers manufactures<\div>

Knowledge is seen as a key competitive factor in the global economy but for being successful in today's dynamic market, client should also be considered. Taking advantage of this type of knowledge leads to innovative solutions in solving complex problems. This study aimed to investigate the effect of tacit knowledge of employees on the success of customer relationship management in banking industry (Case Study: Tejarat Bank, Golestan province) to enhance system performance by sharing knowledge of employees. This is a descriptive–analytic study that, due to practical purpose, has been done in the cross–sectional survey. Therefore, a sample of 186 employees of Tejarat Bank in Golestan province were selected; The method of collecting information was through questionnaires and data were analyzed by SPSS software, using simple linear regression and Pearson correlation coefficient. The research findings indicate that the tacit knowledge of employees has a positive effect on customer relationship management and also it can be said that this knowledge has a positive impact on the success factors of customer relationship system (attraction, maintenance, loyalty, satisfaction).<\div>

Knowledge and knowledge management is a major source of competition in each organization, so many companies believe that as soon as they can obtain and use their knowledge, they will be more successful in a competitive market. This can be carried out efficiently by systematic knowledge management processes. On the other hand, competition between companies has lost its importance and to provide the highest value to customers, competition between supply chains is approved. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the effect of knowledge management processes on supply chain and main components of supply chain agility in Iran Khodro Foundry Co.; by a descriptive survey with hypothetical–deductive approach and with the help of 80 experts in the casting industry and the supply chain. Data collection was done by questionnaire and measurement reliability by Cornbrash’s alpha coefficient using SPSS software in which 0.9 results show that the questionnaire has the necessary reliability. The data analysis was done in two stages by structural equation modeling, confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis by Smart PLS software. The results of the structural model indicate that there is a significant positive relationship between knowledge management processes, an agile supply chain and principal components of agility of the supply chain (management of production costs, sensitivity to market, integration of processes, virtualization and web–based collaboration).<\div>
