۱Evaluation of proposed IT Framework Using Delphi Expert Panel Method

—The main stream of the research has developed an Integrated Service Architecture Framework (ISAF) forintegration of IT Service Management (ITSM) and Enterprise Architecture (EA) through case study and design science research strategies. In this paper, the evaluation process of the PhD research has been described. In this phase, an expert panel method was adopted as an appropriate method to evaluate the developed framework and allow it to be verified and refined using the feedback provided by experts in the field. The Delphi survey method was used to examine the proposed framework. During the evaluation process, useful recommendations were received and the framework was improved. The experts were selected using a snowball sampling technique and three rounds of Delphi study were used to obtain the consensus and validate the framework.<\div>

۲Scalable Resource Discovery Approaches in Heterogeneous and Dynamic Grid Environments

Grid systems performance strongly depends on resource discovery method because inherent characteristics ofgrid environment, such as dynamicity and heterogeneity, make the resource discovery a challenging issue. Although some other aspects of grid environment such as underlying network,bandwidth and organizational policies may affect on the performance of grid systems functionality, but the effects of dynamicity and heterogeneity on resource discovery and subsequently the performance of the whole grid are much more significant. The main approaches of grid resource discovery are classified to centralized\hierarchical, peer–topeer based and agent–based approaches. This paper aimed to provide a concise review of scalable resource discovery approaches in dynamic and heterogeneous grid environments.<\div>
