۱Preparation, Structure and Properties of 50\50 NR\BR Blend\ Clay Nanocomposites

Rubber blend\clay nanocomposites of 50\50 (wt %) natural rubber\ butadiene rubber was prepared via mixing the latex of 50\50 NR\BR blend with an aqueous clay dispersion and cocoagulating the mixture. TEM and XRD were applied to characterize structure of the nanocomposites. It was found that fully exfoliated structure could be obtained by this method only when the low loading of layered silicate (up to 5 phr) is used. With increasing the clay content, both non–exfoliated (stacked layers) and exfoliated structures can be observed simultaneously in the nanocomposites. The mechanical results on the vulcanizednanocomposites showed that nanocomposites present initial moduli and tensile trength higher than Na–MMT free NR\BR volcanizate. Furthermore, initial moduli increased with increasing the Na–MMT loading, indicating the reinforcement effect of Na–MMT on the mechanical properties of nanocomposites.<\div>

۲SYNTHESIS AND EVALUATION OF ASPHALTENE DISPERSANT BASED ON MODIFICATION OF RAPESEED OIL

In the present work the novel dispersant based on transamidation of rapeseed oil with diethanolamine was prepared. Meanwhile, for the synthesis ofeffective dispersant, rapeseed oil was used as starting material. Rapeseed oil is one of the most important renewable resources raw materials, due to its lowcost, low toxicity, high content of C18 chain in backbone and widespread availability in most regions. The structures of the prepared dispersantswere confirmed by examination of their FTIR and 1HNMR spectra. The evaluation performance of the synthesized dispersant as asphaltene dispersant wasreadily obtained by UV–Visible spectroscopy method. The obtained result showed the good efficiency of synthesized dispersant for prevention of asphaltene deposition.<\div>
