Nowadays, due to different events which have occurred in social– cultural level and occupation, different countries pay special attention to entrepreneurship and entrepreneurs. Organizational entrepreneurship improvement in the present organizations and making an appropriate ground for its development are accounted the countries development economic tools, specially developing coutries. In every organization, entrepreneurs potentially exist. The purpose is to increase their abilities, and the most important point is to provide conditions for entrepreneurs to show themselves and make their abilities actual. Organizational entrepreneurship means to stimulate and benefit from the people inside the organization, they are the methods which people think they can perform their activities better and differently. In most of the cases which the organizational entrepreneurs are not supported by the company exit from the company with encouraging and supporting the risk taking investment and decide independant entrepreneurship. So, in order to prevent entrepreneurs and skilled people from the company organizational entrepreneurship and providing a useful ground for it in the companies strategy is greatly emphasied. Organizational entrepreneurship is a process in which produced or innovated processes appear through indoctrination and making entrepreneurship culture in a previous made company. The foundation of entrepreneurship activities is the most evident sign of organizational entrepreneurship. Nowadays, entrepreneurship development for attaining wealth, welfare and occupation has conversed into an unavoidable issue for the countries development. In this study first entrepreneurship different types of entrepreneurship and organizational entrepreneurship are defined and then organizational entrepreneurship process, the difference between individual entrepreneurship and organizational entrepreneurship, the necessity of entrepreneurship for making changes in the present organization, management and organizational entrepreneurship the affective factors on entreprenseurship in organization, organizational cultural, entrepreneurshipping culture and entrepreneurs organization traits are investigated. At the end with investigating the organizational entrepreneurship it is investigated that how the companies develope entrepreneurship in their company besides the faciliating factors of organizational entrepreneurship are introduced<\div>
