This study examined the effect of work–life conflicts on organizational performance through longer working hours, work overload, organizational citizenship behavior, perceived organizational support and employees’ satisfaction. Study in hand also investigated the moderating effect of the family life stage on proposed model. The results of a field survey reveal responses from 280 employees from private sector organization including Kohenoor international, Ahmad Hassan textile and Metro cash and carry in Pakistan to investigate the effect of work life conflict on employees’ performance. Partial correlation and hierarchical regression is applied for the analysis of data. Results imply that employees facing less conflict between work and life come with the positive perspective at work place.
