Through the Alkaline–Earth Metal acetate and sodium hydroxide reaction under ultrasonic irradiation, nanostructures of Barium Carbonate, Strontium Carbonate and hydroxide, Calcium hydroxide and Magnesium hydroxide were produced, furthermore by calcination of Calcium hydroxide and Magnesium hydroxide at 600 and 400 ºC, respectively, Calcium oxide and Magnesium oxide were synthesized in nano sizes. In this research we tried to synthesis the nanostructures with different morphologies of these compounds and to achieve this aim the effects of ultrasonic device power, the PVA and sodium nitrate on the morphology of particles were investigated and also because of different ion radios in these four elements, different amounts of hydroxide and\or carbonate Alkaline–Earth Metals produced. The Obtained nanostructures were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X–ray powder diffraction (XRD), thermal gravimetric (TG), differential thermal analyses (DTA) and the Infrared spectroscopy (IR).<\div>
