۲Biosynthesis of iron–Reduced Graphene Oxide nanocomposite with using Rosa canina plant extract

The use of plant extract in the biosynthesis of nanocomposites can be an eco–friendly approach and have been suggested as a possible alternative to classic methods namely physical and chemical procedures. In this study, first used of Hummers’ method (KMnO4, NaNO3, H2SO4) is the superlative prevalent method used for preparing graphene oxide and then afterward the biosynthesis of iron–Reduced Graphene Oxide (Fe@RGO) NCs by green method using Rosa canina (RC) plant extract has been reported. In this research, a new green synthesis method for preparation of Fe@RGO NCs RC plant extract is reported.The size, morphology and crystallinity of the as–prepared NCs were investigated by X–ray Diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Energy Dispersive X–ray (EDX) Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS) and UV–Vis absorption spectroscopy. Results XRD showed that the size of Fe@RGO were formed with small sizes ranging from 10–15 nm. For example, The SEM image has showed that the diameter of the Fe@RGO found to be in the range of 15–33 nm. In conclusion, the biosynthesis of Fe@RGO NCs was successfully performed using RC extract as a green reducing reagent.<\div>
