Ru\Co\Ce mixed oxide nanoparticles have been synthesized using microreactors made of bis–(2–ethylhexyl) sulfosuccinate (AOT)\water\n–hexane microemulsions. The control of particle size was achieved by varying the process variables, such as water–to–surfactant molar ratio and reagent concentrations. Their size, appearance, and crystal structure were characterized by zeta–sizer, XRD, SEM and TEM. The catalytic oxidation of cyclohexene was carried out over this nano catalyst with tert–butyl hydroperoxide as oxidant. At optimum condition, 2–cyclohexen–1–one was obtained as the major product with small amounts of 2–cyclohexen–1–ol. The activity of the catalyst remains nearly the same after 10 cycles, suggesting the good activity and selectivity for this heterogeneous catalyst.<\div>
