In this paper, the various structure method based on sliding mode has been used to control the induction motor speed. Using of this method gives a grantee about operation of system robustness against noise, undetermined and special parametric modification. The fuzzy adaptive law has been used to remove the fluctuation around the sliding line without any considerable on the system robustness against variations. The rotor flux has been estimated by flux monitoring in the central rotor case, and feedback linearization theory has been used to change the rotor speed and flux amplitude. The simulation results has been showed the optimal response of suggested controller for charge and reference speed variation.<\div>
