This matter in reducecaused unit weight to reduce the mechanical resistance of concrete due.in this study 4 type of concrete mix design with confirmed mixing ratios of project in coastal project inSabalan dam was done.the first of that was without of any additives materials as a base concrete. secondtype was concrete with bobble maker additives. third type was concrete with supper plasticizer additivesand the fourth type was concrete with supper plasticizer and micosilica additives and the fourth mixdesign 3type of standard cubic samples for mechanical strength and 2type of standard cubic samples formelting and ice test with ASTM–C666 standard was sampled
