One of disadvantages of medium voltage headline network are high incidence of accidents and incidents and faults due to be bare conductors and deal direct objects or conductors to each other caused by atmospheric or environmental factors .Covered Conductors are a way in recent years has been able with lowest change prevented of strike of conductor to each others. In this basis because it in all the studies and analysis on the bare Conductors and cables made and little study been done on covered conductors and available results for bar conductors and cable cannot be linked and used for covered conductors. There is need for resources and values which can be referred when using them is felt. In this paper we have studied to consider specific features and advantages of the headline covered Conductors to reduce load loss and increase reliability and environmental conditions and operating conditions medium voltage network to study practical and theoretical analysis and simulating them using finite element method that has great influence on their use in improving operating and technical parameters and network reliable.<\div>
