In this work extraction oil from canola ( Brassica napus ) seeds with supercritical CO2 extraction at pressure of 13 to 20 MPa temperature of 308 to 328 k, and particles size 0.15 to 0.6 mm in flow rate 0.9 kg\hr was investigated in a bench scale apparatus, The extraction was modeled by the sovova extended lack’s model. The fluid phase mass transfer coefficient (kf), solid phase mass transfer coefficient ( ks ), and hardly accessible solute (xk ) were a just able parameter of Models. The broken and intact cells model fit the experimental data, quite well, showing the applicability of the model to the supercritical extraction system studied here.<\div>

۲APPRAISAL AND COMPARISON OF GROWTH KINETIC MODELS IN BIOLOGICAL SWEETENING PROCESS OF NATURAL GAS

The present study described here is focused on biodesulfurization of natural gas in a batch culture using active microorganisms. The microorganisms used for the removal of hydrogen sulfide were isolated from a Ramsar hot spring. The experiments were conducted with mixed gas at operating temperature of 25,30,35,40 and 45 °c. Two kinetic models such as; Logistic and Monod models in a batch culture were used to describe the microbial growth and substrate utilization. At low pressure (1atm), the bacterial behavior was substrate related and growth dependent. In operating temperature of 35 °c, maximum cell dry weight of 0.512 was obtained with Logistic model. The obtained regression values for Logistic model were reasonably acceptable for all operating temperature. As the gas temperature was increased to 45 °c, the inhibition coefficient may be dominated in growth kinetic. As the gas temperature increased the inhibition coefficient increased<\div>

The supercritical fluid is usually Carbon dioxide because is not toxic, environmentally safe, no falmmable, operation under mild conditions (p>74 bar and T>31C), physiologically harmless, with low cost, non–explosive, and readily available and it can be easily removed from products. Nowadays, supercritical fluid extraction , is used as an attractive extractin method to conventional liquid extraction in wide variety areas including the industries of food, pharmacy, environmental engineering, chemical and oil industries. The essential oil of Achillea wilhelmsii obtained by using supercritical carbon dioxide (sc–co2) extraction were investigated and the obtaind crude extract yields were compared in order to select the best operation parameters. The studied parameter were pressure (150, 170 and 190 bar), temperature (35, 40 and 45C) and dynamic extraction time (10, 30 and 40 min).<\div>
