۱Effect of Different EOSs on Prediction of vdWP Hydrate Models at High Pressures

In this work, the ability of different EOSs for prediction of hydrate formation temperature, especially at high pressures, are compared. For this purpose, five different EOSs have been compared for prediction of hydrate formation temperature. EOSs which have been
used are Soave–Redlich–Kwong (SRK), Peng–Robinson (PR), Kubic, Petal–Teja–Valderrama (PTV) and Nasrifar–Bolland (NB). For pressures below 10 MPa, neither EOSs has noticeable priority to the others. At high pressures, PR EOS prediction is better for structure I. For
structure II however, SRK seems to be a little better than the others. PTV and NB EOSs predictions are almost always between the SRK and PR EOSs.<\div>
