۱Application of Artificial Neural Network to Evaluate Acidizing Results in an Iranian Oil field

One of the most expensive operations in oil well services is stimulation of oil and gas wells. So, having good estimation of results could help us to have a priority in order to candidate wells for operation. The artificial neural networks have a good ability to simulate and predict behavior of a complex function and it can be used to evaluate stimulated wells in an oil field and results can be extended to other stimulation jobs in that field. It is designed by 71 input nodes and acidizing data of 69 well were available which 70% of data used to train the network and 30% used for validation test and recall data. In order to optimize the artificial neural network several hidden layers, hidden layer nodes, iteration and transfer functions are tested and finally a case with sigmoid transfer function and one hidden layer with 110 node in it with 100000 iterate is specified to simulate the stimulation operation to obtain production rate after stimulation and evaluate acidizing systems, additives and diverters.<\div>

۲Evaluation of Acidizing Performance by Analyzing Well test data of Asmari Reservoir in an Iranian Oil field

One of the best methods of well stimulation and flow improvement is Acidizing. It will reduce skin and damage effects. also Acidizing increases rock permeability near the borehole permeability and hence the rate of production. In order to evaluate an acidizing job some critical factors such as productivity index, skin factor, pressure drop around the well bore and flow rate should be compared before and after stimulation job. This paper aims to evaluate the performance of acidizing jobs in the asmari formation of 9 wells in an Iranian oil filed. Using Pansystem software enabled us to compare and analyse the effect of acidizing an improvement of well performance. More over data related to bottom hole drop, flowing pressure, a well rate and productivity index of each well before and after acidizing have been compared.<\div>

PGDBK5 gas generator technology is a primary stimulation process in oil and gas wells to improve productivity in carbonate and sandstone reservoirs. This paper is going to evaluate the productivity of the two candidate wells in an iranain oil filed which are not producing naturally and are going to be fractured by PGDBK and subsequently optimized the well situations to find the characteristic of good candidate for this technology in filed.<\div>
