۱Adjustment of pH value during gelling process of alginate beads in human cells encapsulation

In the past few years, there has been an increasing interest in the encapsulation of mammalian cells. The use of sodium alginate(SA) as polymer base in the encapsulation of sensitive human living cells needs the control of conditions of system to keep cells alive. In this study, the cells interaction with alginate during gelling process and after synthesizing of Calcium Alginate (Ca–Al) is evaluated by tracing of pH changes. Also the effects of different buffer base solvents were observed in control of pH value during gelling process. However finally we figured out buffer singly is not workable to regulate biological system. As matter of fact, the type of buffer, concentration of solutions and the refreshing time of solution in system are essential parameters on regulation of pH value. In the other word, we present here in vitro biological system in which cell immobilization can be achieved in optimal way<\div>
