The aim ofthis study was toinvestigate the relationship of social– Emotionalcompetenciesof managers anddevelopment ofhuman resourcesof Hormozgan provinceeducation.This researchisdescriptiveand correlational. The population of thisresearch isall employeesof Hormozgan province education system of1710persons, which were investigatedby using Cochranformulaandrandomsampling346 people.Tools of study include scale ofemotional – socialcompetence(Bouyatiz, 2005) and a questionnaire forhuman resource development,Zakeripoorandcolleagues(2011).Validity of questionnaires was calculated by usingitem analysisand reliabilityverifiedbyCronbach's alpha method. The reliabilityforscale ofsocialemotional competencies was reported 83\0 and human resourcedevelopmentwas85\0.Datawere analyzed bydescriptive and inferentialstatistics. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between theSocialEmotionalcompetenciesofmanagers andtheself–management of human resources developmentandHormozgan province education. The results alsoshowed that there is significant relationship between the self–management of managers anddevelopmentof human resourcesof Hormozgan province education.<\div>
