Data mining is now widely used in various sciences including humanities, medicine, engineering, and …. The need to manage huge volume of data in data storage and modern and advanced database, and to use this data as a guide and support for decision making, has led data mining to be a part of process of knowledge production for playing an effective and important role in the field of different sciences. Medical science is also no exception from this role and data mining and its applications are very effective in this field.Our aim in this paper is to study the behavioral pattern of patients about taking Helicobacter Pylori drugs. Reviewing and analyzing about 3550 patients' behaviors we may examine their behavior in taking drugs and gain interesting models and similarities. We implemented Bayes Net algorithm on important indexes of the patients such as BMI index, indexes of the reasons for lack of proper use of drugs, and other indicators that yielded considerable and interesting results.It is hoped that these results are applied for preventing the wrong behavior of patients in taking drugs that cause deaths for thousands of patients each year.<\div>
