The aim of this paper is to contemplate the phenomena of uncertainty and stakeholders as a source of uncertainty in projects, how pertinent is their impact on projects in developing countries and what their affiliations are as they affect the project’s life cycle. Sources of uncertainty in developing countries are immense and have a paramount effect on project. A generic project uncertainty management process framework is employed to provide a structure for a review of approaches to analyzing stakeholders and related uncertainty management issues. Characterizing projects on a ‘hard–soft’ spectrum fosters generic strategies for managing stakeholder expectations and generating trust between stakeholders. A prominent criteria is that a systematic approach to stakeholder management is facilitated by the utilizing of project uncertainty management courses that define distinct stages of the project life cycle, thus a theoretical account has been proposed to provide a figure for reviewing stakeholders and relevant management issues in developing project<\div>
