The article considers the possibility of using acoustic methods for non–destructive testing of strength and composition of building structures. Screening of multiple structures or structures with large geometrical dimensions (long tunnels, large area roofs, etc.) at first stage of testing the directly defined acoustic parameters of materials of building structures shall suffice. However that is not enough to evaluate condition of building structures and make conclusions on their stability. In the calculations of bearing ability mechanical characteristics of the materials are applied: 1) elasticity modulus and 2) strength. This is especially true of materials for brickwork constructions and multilayer concrete structures. Major types of waves in building structures are volume waves (longitudinal and transverse waves) and channel waves (beam, lamellar, surface and bending). Essential advantage of bending waves is the possibility to evaluate materials of stone and brick works and multilayer concrete structures. The article provides theoretical justification of surface wave method and the results of its application for evaluation of technical condition and definition of remaining life of multilayer concrete structures. Recommendations concerning use of acoustic waves of various frequency ranges are provided in departmental regulatory literature and verified by independent examinations.

A systematic model of education is based on the fact that education is closely linked to socio–economic development of the country. Programs providing basic education are a fundamental tool in the behavior changes in social and cultural areas of the country on its way to the ideal of a modern post–industrial development. Many teachers in Russia, as in Europe and America, have abandoned the old “banking” approach to education, providing for the primary (centering) role of the teacher in the educational process and began to follow the principles of “pedagogy of cooperation”, which is based on a dialogue, as the most optimal form of pedagogical communication between teacher and students. The new pedagogical paradigm is not about moving from the instructional (“centering” and “closed”), person–alienated and unidirectional model of learning, in which the teacher produces only enforceable regulatory content to all students without regard to their personality and cognitive abilities, to the dialogue (“decentering” and “open”), personality oriented model, where the content of teaching the students is formed by their direct and active participation and interaction with the teacher. Only in this case a situation of cooperation, a possibility of dialogue (decentering practice) emerges. The creative capacity of language to generate meanings can be activated in the dialogue process only, providing a surge of increasing meanings in the applied use, making the process of self generation of meaning open, which cannot be done through traditional forms of pedagogy.

This paper is devoted to the problems of presentation of phraseological units in contextual use, allowing to establish the most widespread phraseological transformations in English and Russian languages. It provides a systematization of these approaches to the study of idioms and offers an integrated modeling method of phraseological transformations based on the identification of syntactic, logico semantic, motivational, structural, derivational and nominative models of phraseological transforms. A brief analyses is given to the description of all the stages in the formation of phraseological transforms: occasionalisms and neologisms. The main focus is on the need for revealing the most essential language processes found its reflection in the phraseological fund, which have not been investigated by researchers earlier.
