This study aimed to find whether there is any significant difference between those who learnpragmatic competence through Viber online group and those without online group and justthrough class drills and activities. To do so, 50 EFL learners have been chosen after they hadgiven OPT for homogenizing and they were divided into two groups, one experimental group toreceive the treatment and one without treatment as control group. The final result taken from datagathered by the performance of two groups. After analyzing the collected data, findings havebeen shown that the experimental group outperformed the control group, so it can be concludedthat the Viber online group has a significant effect on pragmatic competence of EFL learners.<\div>
