The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of educating a metacognition model of wells on self– efficacy and resilience in high school students. In this research, simples were 24 students 14–18 old in Karaj high schools that obtained low scores in self–efficacy questionnaire of Muris and Connor–Davidson Resilience Scale and devised to experimental and control groups by random sampling. The experimental group participated in educational sessions of based on metacognition model at for two months (Training lasted for eight sessions and any session was about 90 minutes) while the control group did not participate in educational sessions. The data analyzed by multivariate analysis of covariance method, and show that there are a significant different between means in experimental and control groups. The results showed that metacognition model as a education and treatment approach can be effected in increasing Resilience and self–efficacy scores.<\div>
