There is a wide range of factors influencing the International Joint Ventures team efficiency. Some of them are more impressive than others. In this research we analyze the special challenges facing International Joint Venture Teams of Iranian–Foreigners. We review literature to identify key effective factors on team efficiency of IJVs. Afterwards, we conduct in–depth interview with three team leaders of foreign partners of JV with Iranian party in order to make the factors more comprehensive and specialized for Iranian–foreigners JVs. Next, by conducting questionnaire distributed between professionals of different IJV teams, these factors are ranked, analyzed and categorized in various team development stages. We gathered lots of recommendations and suggestions for improving efficiency of IJV teams. Eventually, the step–ward enhancement methodology of IJV teams is developed<\div>

۲Impacts of Engineering, Planning and Communication on Construction Productivity

These days, in the competitive economical situation, productivity has become one of the most important issues in all industries. Among these industries, construction, especially in mega projects, is more critical. This article aims at realizing factors and suggestions for improving construction productivity of oil mega projects in Iran. There are several factors which can affect the construction productivity but based on literature review, the team interest, and work experience background, Planning, Engineering, and Communication areas have been selected to do the research on. This research describes the effects of these three factors and their sub–factors on construction productivity, prioritizes them and finds out improvement suggestions and recommendations based on opinions surveyed by eight interviews done with very well experienced project and construction managers as well as 28 filled questionnaires which have been distributed among project managers through e–mails and in person methods<\div>
