In order to assess effects of chemical properties of soil salinity on electrical conductivity of 1:5 soil water extract (EC1:5), on the basis of introducing the principal of the path analysis, the relations between EC1:5 and chemical properties of soil salinity in the delta oasis of Weigan and Kuqa Rivers were studied through Path Coefficient Analysis method. We try to take apart the every key element toward EC1:5 in direct influence and indirect influence. The results obtained show that the salt content total dissolved solids (TDS) the ion of sodium plus ion of kalium are the most factor to influence 1:5 soil water extract (EC1:5) in 0–10 centimetres and 30–50 centimetres soil layer. The order of direct path coefficient result is that TDS>Na++K+>Salt content>Ca2+>Cl–> the sodium dianion ratio (SDR)>pH>SO42–>HCO3–>Mg2+> the soluble sodium percentage (SSP) >SAR and Salt content >Cl–>SAR>SSP>TDS>Ca2+>Mg2+=SO42–>HCO3–>pH>SDR>Na++ K+ in 0–10 centimetres and 30–50 centimetres. While the salt content ion of chlorine and are the main factor to affect 1:5 soil water extract (EC1:5) in 10–30 centimetres soil layer. The order of direct path coefficient result is that TDS>Salt content>Na++K+>Ca2+>SDR >Mg2+>HCO3–> SSP> pH> SO42–> SAR> Cl–. Meanwhile, structuring the models of different soil layer separately.<\div>
