As the first step, the 3D measurement is important for the Rapid Prototyping manufacture. There are many types of measurement being used, however, many qualifications also exist for using these methods. This paper proposed a method of 3D measurement based on image sequence. It only used a common digital camera as a utility. A set of coded targets designed by ourselves are putted with some circle labels on the object and some photos with different angles are taken using the camera. So the 3D information of the coded targets and circle points are gotten using the methods of image processing, pattern recognition and computer vision. Based on this, taking another images after removing the targets, a lot of match points can be taken from the gray level images. Using the circle points as the reference points, the coordinate systems are fused, so the point cloud is gotten and we can use it for the subsequent steps. This method is convenience, shortcut and worse demand for the measuring conditions. The results from simulate and real experiments shown that it is reliable and practicable<\div>
