In this paper, we analyze the micro–scale dynamic stability and Physics of the diaphragm with Silicon carbide to receive fuel in jet engine combustion Deep exfoliation method on silicon as substrate and Silicon carbide coating on the piece methods is made. The piece is analyzed using the dynamic analysis and the finite element method. The results for the piece with nickel plated with different geometries have been compared. The result show that by respect to the performance and the need for reciprocating motion, it is suitable using the silicon carbide material with better mechanical properties and offering different geometric shape than the previous structures built has better performance than delivering fuel to speed up the flow of fuel. So it can be concluded that the geometry and material of the piece affect to the performance of diaphragm<\div>
