Anzali Lagoon is an international lagoon with ecosystem conditions appropriate for growing of aquatics in Gilan Province and the south of Caspian Sea. Unfortunately, due to entering of industrial and urban wastes, Anzali Lagoon is often pollution , so it is almost exposed to oil pollutants such as PAHs. These compounds are lipophilic thus, there can enter the food chain and the bodies of organisms and be stored in the fat tissues and cause bioaccumulations in the body of organisms; and due to their carcinogenic nature, so there are created irreparable high damages by these compounds.Esox Lucius is one of the native fishes of Anzali Lagoon, which is economically valuable and is consumed. The objective of this study is to determine the rates of oil pollutants in the body of Esox Lucius that can be of high importance from bio–monitoring view. Therefore, sampling is made in two wet and dry seasons at three stations, that is, Abkenar, Koume Aghajani and Siah Darvishan. Then the samples were taken to the lab and went under biometry. Finally, making use of HPLC, the related analyses were performed to determine PAHs. The results show that at each station, acenaphten with lower molecular weight, has highest amount and banzo(a)pyrene with higher molecular weight has lowest density. Statistical examinations show significant relation between some of PAHs, age of fishes and other environmental conditions such as DO (Dissolved Oxygen). Fortunately, the results of these tests show that rate of PAHs in Esox Lucius is below the standard levels.<\div>
