Electronic customer relationship management (e–CRM) is seen to arise from the consolidation of traditional CRM with the e–business applications marketplace and has created a flurry of activity among companies. E–CRM is the proverbial double–edged sword, presenting both opportunities and challenges for companies considering its adoption and implementation. This paper describes the marketing opportunities created by e–CRM for service oriented companies especially banks such as enhanced customer interactions and relationships as well as personalization options, all of which are potential sources of competitive advantage. It also explores the challenges confronting banks implementing e–CRM such as managing an on–line channel, data integration issues and information technology (IT) architecture challenges.<\div>

۲A hybrid mining model based on Artificial Neural Networks, Support Vector Machine and Bayesian for credit scoring

In recent years, credit scoring is becoming one of the most important topics in the financial field. In consumer credit markets, lending decisions are usually represented as a set of classification problems. In this Paper, we have proposed a hybrid mining model for credit scoring, based on Artificial Neural Networks, Support Vector Machine and Naïve Bayesian to improve the accuracy of credit scoring classification task. To make these basic classifiers as an ensemble model, we have used majority voting technique to improve the prediction accuracy of existing credit scoring models. In order to approve the capability of our model in the field of credit scoring, Australian credit real dataset of UCI machine learning database repository has been applied. Finally we conduct a comparative assessment for the performance measuring of these methods, with three basic learners (Artificial Neural Networks, Support Vector Machine and Naïve Bayesian). Our findings lead us to believe that this hybrid method may provide better performance in the field of credit scoring.<\div>

Correct understanding of each business model is the most important point in choosing the best one by a decision maker. The first e–business model proposed byTimmers(1998) is one of the most comprehensive models. Business model definitions and descriptions have proliferated since Timmers. Atomic Model is one of thelast models witch is made by Weill and Vitale (2001). Information Technology spends early years of its growthin the Iranian market. Managers of manufacturing and service sectors need rational models witch can help them to choose the best one for their e–business according toindustry–related features. Studies showed that theTimmers models are suitable options for selecting the appropriate e–business models for industries in Iran. However, some weaknesses in the Timmers models make it difficult for decision makers to select the mostappropriate one. For example, Timmers has considered a fiXed structure for business and the possibility of combining different models are not considered Also,Timmershas not mentioned the main infrastructure required to implement each model. Therefore, in this paper has tried to overcome weaknesses of Timmersmodel using Atomic ModeL And a synthetic, comprehensive and rational model for Electronic business is proposed.<\div>
