۱Synthesis nanacomposite Ag\ZnO via coprecipitation method

Electrical contacts are produced with some major character like anti welding, anti–arc erosion, high hardness and high conductivity. There are some different methods for manufacturing them such as powder metallurgy, internal oxidation, chemical processes and so on. Ag\ZnO nanocomposite powders were prepared by coprecipitation method. In the chemical coprecipitation method, silver nitrate and zinc nitrate compounds were precipitated in carbonate media. Dried powders calcined at 400°C for 4 hours and characterized by XRD (X–ray diffraction), SEM (scanning electron microscopy) and EDX (Energy dispersive X–ray spectroscopy). The result of SEM revealed that many particles have size to 100 nm and also revealed Ag and ZnO mixed homogenously. The XRD pattern revealed that the final powders have the grain to 60 nm and the composition indicated characteristic peaks for Ag and ZnO. The EDX result showed uniform distribution of ZnO in Ag matrix<\div>
