The reason to conduct this research is to integrate the brand image, brand attachment and environmental effects and their impact on consumer purchase decision. Does environmental effects has some function while making purchase decision or people don’t bother to think about this all. Either consumers want to be loyal and attach themselves with brands or they don’t want to attach with one brand? Results elaborates that brand image don’t have a positive relation with purchase decision, brand attachment has a moderate positive relation with purchase decision and environmental effects don’t have a positive relation with purchase decision.

۲The Impact of Voice of Customer on New Product Development

Voice of customers is basically the wants and needs of the customer expressed in the customers’ own language. It is basically a process used to capture the customer preferences, expectations and their needs and wants and in turn firms develop new product referred as original products, product improvement, product modifications, and new brands. This study attempts to find out the impact of voice of customer on new product development. A sample of 150 people was taken to investigate the relationship between voice of customer and new product development. A total of 140 responses were collected in which 135 were useable with a response rate of 90%.Questionnaire consist on different items regarding voice of customer and new product development. Pearson correlation and regression was applied on data and result shown a positive and significant relationship between voice of customer (independent variable) and new product development (dependent variable). The study accentuates that voice of customer plays a vital role in new product development. The limitation in this study is the small sample size, while more variables could be inserted in future studies i.e. voice of managers, voice of salesperson, advanced technology and voice of service providers.

The objective of the study is to determine the impact of labeling on consumer buying behavior. Quantitative approach has been used in this study and data was collected through survey method from of Pakistan i.e. Sahiwal, through adapted questionnaire. The sample size was 100 questionnaires. The data has been analyzed through descriptive statistics, correlation and linear regressions techniques Correlation results show that advertisement has positive relationship with consumer buying behavior. The results of regressions analysis shown that labeling positively influence consumer buying behavior. The results have shown that consumers purchase more quantity of the products after looking a well labeled product. Therefore labeling influences the consumer buying behavior. But there are some other factors also which influence the consumer buying behavior.

The main purpose and objective of the study is to explore and examine the dimensions of internet advertisement on consumer attitude. Data was collected through the questionnaire. The sample size was 150 but the response rate was 93%. Convenience sample was used to collect the data. For analysis, regression and correlation techniques were used. Results of correlation and regression analysis shows that there is overall negative and positive attitudes of the consumers towards internet advertisement in Pakistan.

The employee is the life of any successful organization or disaster of a company depends on its employees'' work. Therefore, senior management realized the importance of investing in training and development for the benefit of improved employee work. This conceptual work, to study the effect of training on employee work and give suggestions on how the company can improve employee efficiency through effective training approach adopted for the study programs according to qualitative research as a review of the literature and case studies on the importance of training in improving the work of the workforce. In addition, paper is analyze and understand the structure and patterns related to the development of our employees through training and theoretical development and its impact on employee work, based on an idea of the currentevidence that relationship, offering suggestions for senior management in the form of a list, the corresponding for all companies to evaluate the employee''s work and find out the real cause (s) of work issues so the problem can be solved in time through the required training program. Study in hand against restrictions as there are few signs that are directly connected to the relationship between training and employee work. Therefore, there is a need to conduct empirical research in the future to test the proposal discussed in the study. Study in hand gives a brief overview of the literature on the effectiveness of training and how it affects the work increase of employees and finally concludes with the recommendation to provide guidance for future studies using different levels of the plan to study the impact of training in the practice of employee work.

The main purpose and objective of the study is to explore and examine the relationship of work performance with the performance appraisal and motivation in banking sector of Sahiwal, Pakistan. Data was collected through the questionnaire. The sample size consists of 200 employees of banking sector of Sahiwal, Pakistan. Convenience sample was used to collect the data due to time and resource constraints. For analysis, regression and correlation techniques were used. Reliability analysis was used to check the reliability of the data. Results of correlation and regression analysis show that there is overall positive relationship of work performance with the performance appraisal and motivation of the employees of banking sector of Sahiwal, Pakistan. This will help the other researchers in knowing the relation between them in depth. This will help and guide the organization in implementing the performance appraisal system for their employees and motivate them to get high performance. This will help them to enhance the work performance of their organization.

This study examines a relationship among reliability, reputation, service quality and customer satisfaction. In this study the main objective is known about an inter–linkage among reliability, reputation, service quality and customer satisfaction. In this study I use quantitative approach. In which I take a sample 200 respondents from nationalized and privatized sector banks in Sahiwal. The reliability has weak positive relationship with satisfaction. The aim of the study is to check the factors behind brand switching in Telecom industry of Pakistan. The study is conducted in Sahiwal city. 150 respondents were selected on the basis of convenient sampling. Questionnaire is used to get the response from respondents. After analysis of data we infer that Inconvenience and price of Call, SMS, GPRS is the reason behind brand switching but service failure is not that much affect brand switching. Mobile service providers can control this factor to make mobile subscribers loyal and to retain them on their network.

The purpose of the study was to find out the effectiveness of the mobile advertisement on the consumer behavior, that how different people would act or what would be their response upon receiving the mobile advertisement. Data was collected through questionnaire and this questionnaire was distributed among 150 people. It means the sample size was 150. Convenience sampling technique was used in this procedure. Correlation and regression analysis were used to analyze and interpret the data. Results of regression analysis showed that the consumers generally have negative attitude toward the mobile advertisement unless the advertisers had specifically taken the consent of the consumer. The relation is both positive and negative and could vary according to the conditions.

The aim of my study to find out the relationship of the work–life balance and stress with the turnover rate of the employees and examine the type of relationship among them if exists. Research conducted on the marketers of the Pakistan. The study collects the data by using the questionnaire technique and selects the sample size of 200 marketers of the Pakistan. Correlation and regression analyses are used to find the results and reliability test used to check the reliability of the collected data. Results of correlation show that there is a relationship of work–life balance and stress with the turnover rate of employee and regression analysis to find the nature of that relationship. According to my results of study, my hypotheses are accepted. This study will help the other researchers to further study on this topic. It will also help the managers of the different organizations to improve their strategies about their employees and will be overcome on the turnover rate of the employees so that they can improve their organizational performance.

The aim of the study is to check the effect of job satisfaction and leadership style on employee’s organizational commitment in banking industry of Okara, Pakistan. The study is conducted in Okara city. 80 respondents were selected on the basis of convenient sampling. Questionnaire is used to get the response from respondents. After analysis of data we infer that job satisfaction and leadership style are the factor that positively affects employee’s organizational commitment. Banks can control this factor to enhance employee’s organizational commitment to increase productivity and reduce turnover of the employees.

Relationships have diverse categories and have different significances and implications. Among different connections existing in this word, there is a very influencing connection that survives between a deceptive advertising and moral philosophies and ethical behavior of people. This study is carried out on nearly 150 students of COMSATS Institute of Information Technology of Sahiwal division of Pakistan to find out Impact of deceptive advertisement on consumer psyche. The Pearson correlation and regression was applied on data and results exposed a positive and a significant relationship between stakeholder interest and concern with cooperate social responsibility and moral philosophies. And cooperate social responsibility has a positive and significant result with stakeholder interest and concern. And also shows a positive relationship with moral philosophies or ethic behavior. Sample size of study was insufficient to save time, so sample size can be increased for future research. Future researches can be carried out on large amount of data and with different mechanisms of compensation practices.

The aim of study is to examine the factors of extrinsic motivation that affect job satisfaction. Data was collected through questionnaire on five point likert scales from 100 respondents by using convenience sampling technique. Correlation and regression analysis were used as statistical tests. Results of regression analysis show that tools of extrinsic motivation have positive relationship with job satisfaction of the employees of financial services companies.

۱۷Evaluating the Occupational Safety and Health Performance in Pakistan: Evidence from Food Industry

The intent of the present study is twofold; first to assess the level of compliance of occupational safety and health practices and second to measure the perception of employees on occupational health and safety performance of Food sector in Pakistan. An Engro Foods Limited is targeted for this study. Data were accumulated from the workers of Engro Foods in order to measure their perception regarding OSH practices currently running in the company. An instrument used for the sake of data gathering was questionnaire adapted from previous studies and sent to the employees of three cities (Sahiwal, Jhang and Haweli Lakha). The study used descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation analysis. Descriptive statistics highlighted that safety performance of Engro Foods with a mean value of 4.753 showed that safety performance is “fabulous” and Engro Foods complies all OSH standards due to having ISO 18001 as well as employees have positive perception about OSH performance so, no deficiency is found. As far as correlation analysis is concerned, the findings of the study depicted that all the predictor variables are positively associated with safety performance of Engro Foods. But “safety climate” is strongly correlated with safety performance than other variables. The study concludes that as employees are highly satisfied with working environment so Engro Foods Limited keep focusing or more strengthen their policies regarding safety concerns.
