۱Using of Artemia nauplii in first feeding of grassing carp and big head and in larviculture period of them

Twenty–day old grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella) larvae with initial weight of 120±10 mg were cultured. The Artemia urmiana, Artemia fransiscana and Artemia parthenogenetica nauplii were use as starting food for feeding of big head (Aristichthys nobilis) and grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella) larvae. Six experimental treatments were considered in this study. The grass carpand big head larvae in treatments of Grass carp–parth., Grass carp–frans. and Grass carp–urmia fed on the Artemia parthenogenetica, Artemia fransiscana and Artemia urmiana respectively. Daily feeding rate was about 30% of total body weight. At the end of the experiment period (30 days), the carcass of fish larvae were analyzed according to AOAC (1990) and the feeding and energy efficiencies were calculated. The best FCR (3.20) and maximum of FCE (32.42%), GSI (8.23%), FI (18.50% body\day) and CND (5.30% body\day) obtained in treatment of Grass carp–parth., and this had significant difference with the other treatments (p0.05). The results indicated that the treatment of Grass carp–parth. had highest crude energy (4573 cal g–1), nitrogen retention efficiency (19.21), energy retention efficiency (65.64), energy retained as protein (2.18 KJ g–1) and energy retained as lipid (0.61 KJ g–1), and these were significantly different from the other treatments. this study illustrated that different Artemia nauplii could cause different feeding efficiencies in grass carp and big head larvae.<\div>
