In this paper, problem of stability for a class of discrete–time recurrent neural networks (DRNNs) with timevaryingdelay is considered. By employing the Lyapunov– Krasovskii function, a new condition for stability of time– delayed system is proposed. Result developed is in the term of linear matrix inequality (LMI) which can be easily checked by LMI Control toolbox. Furthermore, numerical examples are given to confirm the validity of the obtained approach.<\div>

Scientist and experts believes that entrepreneurship is the process of innovation and employment opportunities with effort and attempt. Entrepreneurship can be a process of discovery, evaluation and use opportunities to produce goods and valuable services in the future. In fact, the meaning of entrepreneurship is opportunities study. One of the key elements of entrepreneurship process is opportunity recognition which is one of the main factors of survival and success of organizations. Nowadays scientists have considered the views of entrepreneurial opportunity. In this view a new field of study in entrepreneurship is defined and instead of noticing to people who are trying to become entrepreneurs, the opportunity and their role in entrepreneurial activities will be noted. Studies have shown that rather than focusing on individuals and their characteristics, thedifferences between people in gathering and having information in relation to entrepreneurial opportunities must be considered because opportunities are the main infrastructure of represent entrepreneurship. In this paper with the aims of describe and explain the opportunities and their role and importance in entrepreneurship, a brief review of the relevant literature citations related to opportunity identification in entrepreneurship and related topics were done. Then the conceptual model of the factors affecting entrepreneurial opportunities identified in the four components of social capital, prior knowledge, personality characteristics and cognitive factors are presented. Finally, these cases are summarized and discussed, and conclusions and managerial implications, and related suggestions for follow–up similar researches in future werepresented.<\div>

۵A Robust State Feedback Control Strategy for an Islanded Microgrid via LMI Approach

This paper presents a robust state feedback control design strategy for autonomous operation of a microgrid. The microgrid consists of a single distributed generation (DG) unit and a load with unknown parameters. The load current is considered as a measurable disturbance in the state space model of the microgrid. Specifically, output filter parameters of interfaced inverter are assumed to perturb over a predetermined range due to the inductor’s core saturation and capacitance change, in this paper. In addition, It is supposed that the uncertain parameters form a polytope. The objective of the designed controller is to guarantee robust stability, desired performance, and practical constraints of the microgrid under the perturbation of the parameters and to reject the influence of the load change on the amplitude and quality of output voltage. Control gains are obtained by solving a convex optimization problem based on linear matrix inequality (LMI). Performance of the presented control strategy is verified through various case studies<\div>
