In this Study, modelling, simulating and controlling of HVAC (heating, ventilating and air–conditioning) system under non–ideal condition were performed. The model is obtained using primary mechanical laws and some usual assumptions. This model, which is used in controller design, has a low complexity in order to catch the main dynamics of system and not the non–significant occurrence. The main goal of this study is to present a fuzzy controller with a better performance than the classical PID controller. Among the article, the overall structure of the controlling system would be discussed, then a PID controller using genetic algorithm is obtained, finally we use the results to complete our designing process. The proposed fuzzy controller has a better performance that the optimized PID controller. All steps were performed using MATLAB and the final results were presented in a graphical or tabular form<\div>
