Using an electrochemical technique, deposition and crystal growth of calcium carbonate is investigated on a rotating disk electrode by oxygen reduction under diffusion conditions. The effect of some parameters such as pressure, surfactant, cosalt on morphology and deposition of CaC03 at surface of the stainless steel is investigated using a rotating disk electrode and the scanning electronic microscopic. The results of temperature effect present that the surface deposition reduces with increasing of temperature and decreases with reduction of pH. The pressure has a significant influence on the morphology and the structure of calcium carbonate deposition on the metal surface so that with producing a flow condition at high pressure, nucleation and deposition of calcium carbonate on the metal surface favoured the nanoscale size of CaC03 and leads to reduction in the coverage of surface. In the presence of surfactant, it can be shown that deposition of the calcium carbonate decreases the surface coverage so that after the point of the CMC of CTAB surfactant one can observe a reduction of deposition of the calcium carbonate at the surface. Finally, influence of the monovalent cosalt such as NaCl and KCl presents no certain trend in the deposition, but morphology of the surface is changed.<\div>

۲Synthesis and characterization of nanostructure MFI zeolite membrane

Recently, synthesis and characterization of zeolite membrane attract more attention for gas separation. In this study, MFI zeolite membrane was synthesized on porous α–Al2O3 disk support by using hydrothermal method at 443K. The membranes were analyzed by XRD and SEM. Permeability of CO2 and CH4 measured for membrane as function of feed pressure and operation temperature. Permeation was measured by using pressure drop method at different temperature(303, 323, 343, 363K) and feed pressure (0.5, 1, 1.5, 2 bar). The results show main separation mechanism was adsorption in experiments temperature domain. CO2 and CH4 permeation decreased with increasing temperature also single gas fluxes increased linearly with increasing feed pressure. CO2 and CH4 fluxes at 303K and 2 bar were 2.410–7 and 4.0710–7 mol.m–2.s–1.Pa–1 respectively and the highest ideal selectivity obtained 1.98 at 363K and 0.5 bar<\div>

۳E FFECT OF ZMS–5 CATALYST ON HEAVY CRUDE OIL UPGRADING

There are some difficulties related to the recovery of heavy and extra heavy crude oils, and also their transport to downstream industries is complicate and expensive. So there must be some ways to upgrade the heavy crude oil. This study is focused on heavy crude oil upgrading using ZSM–5catalyst. An experimental setup has been prepared and the heavy crude oil in the presence of catalyst was heated to 450 °C. The feed viscosity after cooling was measured, and experimental results showed that in catalyst concentration 1wt% the viscosity reduced about 78%. This catalyst amount is the optimum value and loading more\less than 1wt%, decreases the upgrading efficiency<\div>
