The Effects of Grain Size and Surface Roughness on Prediction of Forming Limits in AL 6111–Tهفتمین همایش انجمن هوافضای ایران
In this paper, the roles of grain size, surface roughness and sheet thickness have been assessed in the prediction of forming limits of AL 6111–T4 aluminum alloy. For this purpose, the “Marciniak and Kuczynski” model for localization has been used. In prediction of forming limits, “Karafillis–Boyce” (K–B) yield function has been applied. The predicted forming limits has been compared with the experimental data that published by other authors.<\div>
