۱Extraction and Preconcentration of Cu II by Dispersive Liquid–Liquid Microextraction and Determination with Spectrophotometer Nanodrop in water Samples

In present study, dispersive liquidliquid microextraction (DLLME) followed by nanodrop spectrophotometer was studied for the extraction and preconcentration of Cu+2from an aqueous solution. In this method, carbontetracloride and ethanol were used as the extraction and dispersive solvents respectively. In thisstudy, there was no need to dilute the sample and the measurement is done by concentrated the sample drop which wasextracted from water. The influences of fundamental parameters affecting the extraction efficiency of Cu+2 such as ligand concentration, kind and volumeof dispersive and extraction solvents, time of extraction, pH and salt effects were studied and optimized. Under the optimized conditions, preconcentrationfactor of 240 and limit of detection of1 μg\L were obtained. The calibration curve showed good linearity for concentrations between 3and 2000μg L–1 with estimation coefficient of 0.993 .This method was suggested as a fast and sensitive method for theextraction oftrace amounts of Cu+2 froman aqueous solution<\div>
