Electronic business (E–business) and increasing advances and growth of its risk have resulted in the fact that marketers pay so much attention to the trust, satisfaction and loyalty of customers in order to enhance the income and reduce the competition risk. Many studies have been conducted on the effective factors on trust. But yet no definite method has been suggested to determine the effective factors to provide questionnaire or start the research. In this article, by using the researches of scientists about E–Trust in an online environment, OMMTrust hypothesis to identify indicators\indexes and optimal criteria which are influential on E–Trust, are proposed to initiate the research and one sample of it will be implemented by SPSS software and finally, suggestions will be presented for future researches.<\div>

۲A New Robust Color Digital Image Watermarking Algorithm in DCT Domain Using Genetic Algorithm and Coefficients Exchange Approach

The Internet influence is increasing in daily life as a developing technology. On the other hand, as the capacity of images, sounds and digital videos develops, the undesirable destructive and illegal copyright techniques increase. Watermarking embeds copyright information in a given media, so that it is not recognizable for human visual system. In this paper, a digital image watermarking algorithm in YCbCr color space and DCT domain is proposed that uses coefficients exchange for embedding watermark bits and Genetic algorithm to select the target Y component coefficients of the host image. One of the differences between this method and other methods of coefficients exchange is using Arnold transform to scramble the Y component of the host image in order to spread the distortions of watermarking and increase robustness against cutting attacks. Another difference is using Genetic algorithm for selecting two suitable coefficients to embed watermark bits. The third difference is in defining confidence interval variable and increasing the two coefficients distance equal to the size of this variable, hence watermarking transparency and robustness would be balanced. The evaluation results suggest that the coefficients exchange approach is improved.<\div>

۳Presenting an Optimal Method to Determine Effective Criteria for Evaluation of Electronic Loyalty of Online Customers

Development and growth of internet has formed a new channel to conduct business activities. Increment of companies’ tendency to make a website and electronic business activity led into the intensification of competition in this environment. Regarding to the increase of selection right and power of customer in this setting, retention and loyalty–making of current customers has much more importance than the processes of attracting new customers. In this research, a part of conducted researches about electronic loyalty will be analyzed with the aim of recognition and extraction of optimal criteria of loyalty by using OMMTrust hypothesis. The analysis of extracted factors from articles are carried out by using Cronbach alpha coefficient and analysis of regression variance and with the help of SPSS 17 software. At the end of this paper, a conceptual model has been presented by using optimal factors. The conceptual model can be utilized for designing questionnaire and evaluation of electronic loyalty.<\div>
