Network security is one of the most challenging issues in network communication world. As network communications grow, vulnerabilities and penetrating attacks are predicted to be as prominent factors. So in order to thwart these attacks an intelligent and powerful intrusion detection system in required. In this paper, a multilayer intrusion detection system is proposed. In first layer, four types of detector are created using genetic algorithm which are used in the second layer to detect some anomalies or abnormal traffic data using Negative Selection Algorithm (NSA) and finally in last layer, the detected anomaly data are classified into four types of attack: DoS, Probe, R2l and U2r. The results show better performance in detecting and classifying new or unseen abnormal data. All experiments are done using KDDCUP99 dataset<\div>

In recent years, producing software and application have stunning speed in product. Thus, companies and operators in this industry want to use rapid methodology in developing application with high reliability. One of the effective factors in valid and efficient developing software is the software team experience. Hence, we decide to propose a system for managing and documenting our experiences in programming and developing. With the proposed system, we can manage our experiences, use them in necessary times, and solve our programming problems that we have trouble with them. Moreover, we can produce efficient, flexible, and high–speed test capabilities software as fastest we can.<\div>

۳Identifying license plate region using fuzzy logic system

The first and the most significant step in identifying and reading license plates is finding the location of them. As yet many different methods with various performances have been provided for locating them in a single image. In this paper, fuzzy logic system is employed to identify the license plate region through some candidates. Fuzzification of this case will assist on recognizing the precise region of license plates through the impact level of variables on their location and enhancing the system’s efficiency. To achieve this, we counted brightness intensity variations and use it along with their aggregates in each license plate candidate's row to enhance binary images for fuzzification. According to the results, in 96.66 % of images, the candidate containing license plates are identified correctly.<\div>
