attracting desirable candidates becomes a more complicated and critical concern for organizations. Recruiting process is important practices for human resources management HRM, and is cucial in affecting organizational success. The goal of this paper is to investigate recruiting process of gas industry from experts and management viewpoints that to show it weaknesses and stengths. statistical population includes all experts and human resource managers of gas industry in tehran and its lacated subunits in adition to assalooyeh gas refinery. this population have a total 120 individuals. a researcher – made questionnaire was used to collect data in this study. to analyze data descriptive statistic such as frequency , percentage mean and standard deviation were used and in inferential statistic one sample t–test and independent sample t–test were applied , finally SPSS software was used to analyze data. the result show main problems have been proposed according to viewpoints of experts and managers about recruiting stage include ; advertising in press and mass media to attract interest of eligible person to an organization, capability and appropriateness of information canals and mass of advertising time for recruiting process in recruitment plan.<\div>
